Scalable Pricing

To serve my community while taking care of myself, I offer a scalable pricing approach. What this means is that I work with clients in an effort to find the intersection of what is financially healthy for both of us.

In our initial meetings, we will discuss your vision & I will let you know of a financial range that would be within my capacity. Then, we will discuss your financial capacity and collaborate in an effort to find that intersection of what would work for both of us.

Some clients pay me more than what I initially ask; others pay me less than what I initially ask. Both are great! This flexibility in pricing allows me to work with more LGBTQIA+ people and others who benefit from working with me in particular.

I believe in the work that I do; I have seen the impact it makes in others’ lives and in my own life, and I want to be as accessible as I can! This includes considering my own needs so that I am able to sustainably work in this field without physical/mental/financial burnout.

I know that money can be hard to talk about, and, in speaking openly about money we are empowered to honestly discuss our needs and desires, and work to get them met. If talking about money brings up anxiety and/or other uncomfortable feelings for you, please feel free to let me know and we will create a plan together to help you feel safer as we navigate this communication. You deserve to be treated with respect and dignity; how much money you have does not qualify your worth.
